Description

Aluminum ligatures at wholesale prices from the direct importer - LLC TD Arsenal Ukraine.

Aluminum - pine forest

Some time ago in the industry used a method of addition of pine forest in fusion reaction from drills or a ftoroborat of potassium. However chemical reactions in furnaces were followed by very low digestion of pine forest and strong release of harmful substances to the environment. Today these methods are outdated, and were replaced with addition of a ligature aluminum - pine forest.

Aluminum - beryllium

The ligature aluminum - beryllium is added for minimization of formation of a layer of oxide and spinel in AlMg alloys.

Aluminum - bismuth

For an alloying and modifying by production of deformable and foundry aluminum alloys.

Aluminum - calcium

The ligature aluminum - calcium is added for minimization of formation of a layer of oxide and spinel in AlMg alloys.

Aluminum - cobalt

For an alloying and modifying by production of deformable and foundry aluminum alloys.

Aluminum - chrome

Chrome in low concentration (0.1 - 0.4% ) is added to many deformable aluminum alloys, such as alloys of the AA 5000 group (AlMg), AA 6000 (AlMgSi) and AA 7000 (AlZnMg). Chrome is the easiest entered into alloys in ligatures on the basis of aluminum. Chrome presence: limits grain growth; gives to destruction viscous character; increases resistance to development of cracks.

Aluminum - copper

The ligature aluminum - copper is intended for an aluminum alloying by copper.

Aluminum - iron

Iron in a certain quantity is a part of some deformable alloys. Iron presence: increases alloy durability; controls recrystallization in alloys of the AA 1000 group (Al) in an equilibrium proportion with Si; suppresses recrystallization in alloys of the AA 3000 group (AlMn); interferes with growth of large grain in alloys of the AA 6000 group (AlMgSi). The minimum quantity of iron is also necessary in alloys for casting under high pressure for reduction of effect of "privarivaniye". Iron is best of all entered into aluminum alloys in the form of ligatures of various concentration.

Aluminum - magnesium

Magnesium is the important alloying element in the majority strong and some high - strength deformable aluminum alloys of the AA 6000 and AA 5000 groups on the international standards. Also it is one of the alloying elements in foundry alloys. Presence of magnesium at aluminum alloys: gives a good thermoworkability in an equilibrium proportion with silicon; improves corrosion resistance. In spite of the fact that introduction to fusion of pure magnesium is still widespread, use of a ligature of AlMg is more preferable for a number of reasons: increase in productivity; smaller losses of magnesium on waste in comparison with pure magnesium; higher precision of an alloying for satisfaction of strict requirements on composition of alloy; sharp reduction of formation of spinel.

Aluminum - manganese

Additives of manganese increase durability and hardness and reduce plasticity of aluminum alloys. The ligature of AlMn60 was originally developed for the aluminum industry for production of deformable alloys, the majority of which contain a certain amount of manganese. The average level of content of manganese about 0,5% suppresses growth of grain in a firm state in average and high - strength alloys. Content of 1,3% of Mn is used for hardening of pure aluminum.

Aluminum - nickel

Nickel in small concentration is the alloying element in some deformable alloys, and in higher - is a part of a number of foundry alloys. Its presence increases thermal stability and hardness that is required for work of products at high temperatures (for example, for pistons of internal combustion engines).

Aluminum - antimony

Antimony is added to some alloys aluminum - silicon for modifying of structure, and also it is used for an alloying of aluminum antifrictional alloys.

Aluminum - scandium

Al3Sc which is formed at interaction of scandium with aluminum intermetallid has specific property: its crystal lattice has almost full dimensional compliance to a structural lattice of aluminum. This similarity of lattices is the cornerstone of its strongest influence on structure and properties of aluminum alloys. Thanks to these properties additive of scandium allows to receive ingots or welded seams with nedendritny structure, all types of semi - finished products with uniform not crystallized structure and, as a result of it, the raised complex of technological properties.

Aluminum - silicon

Silicon - the important alloying element in the majority strong and some high - strength deformable aluminum alloys of the AA 6000 and AA 2000 groups on the international standards. Also it is one of Basic Elements in foundry alloys and solid solders. Presence of silicon at aluminum alloys: gives a good thermoworkability in an equilibrium proportion with magnesium; improves the fluidity of foundry alloys; lowers temperature of melting of solders. Advantages of use of a ligature: shorter time of fusion; an alloying at lower temperatures; higher precision for satisfaction of strict requirements on composition of alloy; increase in productivity.

Aluminum - strontium

The ligature of AlSr is intended for modifying of a microstructure of foundry aluminum alloys with the content of silicon of 6 - 12% . The ligature effectively crushes AlSi eutectic that leads to improvement of mechanical properties of alloy: increase in durability and plasticity. For an example, on average additive 100 - 150 ppm Sr in alloy doubles plasticity. Modifying by Sr strontium has the following advantages in comparison with modifying by Na sodium: lack of a problem of gas porosity in castings; long effect of modifying (till 6 o'clock); the effect of modifying occurs for 2 min. after input of a ligature in the form of a bar in fusion; efficiency of modifying at different speeds of cooling and concentration of Sr; tolerance to "remodifying"; lack of release of harmful gases at reaction; to 50% of preservation of effect of modifying when processing own scrap.

Aluminum - strontium - titanium - pine forest

Increase in mechanical properties and decrease in gas content of the alpaxes modified by strontium.

Aluminum - titanium

Introduction of a small amount of the titan to aluminum and its alloys is a traditional method of reduction of grain. Some international technical standards regulate obligatory keeping of the titan, especially in foundry alloys. Now this method of reduction of grain considerably lags behind a highly effective method with use of the titan in a combination with pine forest (AlTiB ligature). However use of the titan often is more preferable when it is necessary to exclude completely firm intermetallic particles in alloy, for example in plates for a lithograph, production of a foil, etc. The titan is best of all entered into alloys in a ligature on the basis of aluminum - AlTi in the form of an ingot or a bar for continuous giving to the razlivochny trench of the furnace.

Aluminum - titanium - pine forest

Provides effective crushing of grain of aluminum alloys due to introduction to fusion of the fine crystals of a diborid of the titan serving as the centers of crystallization. Input of this ligature leads to improvement of mechanical properties and reduction of gas porosity. The ligature is applicable for all aluminum alloys: pure aluminum, deformable alloys, and also foundry alpaxes. It is applied in cases of high risk of formation of agglomerates of borid, when using return or furnace charge with the high content of the titan. Production of ingots for the subsequent extrusion, production of a foil, production of responsible case castings in the chill mold and sandy forms. The ligature can be used in all types of melting units, razlivochny ladles and mixers. A ligature it is possible to process as all volume of fusion in the furnace or a ladle, and to conduct processing of fusion in a stream, a stream or crystallizers.

Aluminum - vanadium

For an alloying and modifying by production of deformable and foundry aluminum alloys.

Aluminum - zirconium

Zirconium is the alloying element in some high - strength deformable aluminum alloys of the AA 7000 group on the international standards. Zirconium is also applied in production of aluminum electric cables to suspended lines, and also in some special foundry alloys. Presence of zirconium at aluminum alloys: interferes with growth of grain at the increased temperatures; improves a svarivayemost, interferes with growth of grain in zones near a welded seam; reduces a susceptibility to corrosion energized; reduces sensitivity to cooling speed when training.

Aluminum - phosphorus

The ligature aluminum - phosphorus is intended for modifying of primary silicon in aluminum foundry alloys of the Al - Si system by phosphorus. Allows to improve foundry and mechanical properties of zaevtektichesky alpaxes owing to crushing and change of morphology of primary silicon.
