Al (1,8-2,5%); Mn (1,8-2,2%); Si (0,8-1,2%).
Unit electrical resistance of an alloy alumel 3,2ћ10-8 Om_m, temperature coefficient of linear expansion of an alloy alumel 13,7ћ10-6њC, alloy density alumel of 8480 kg/m3, alloy melting temperature alumel 1430-1450њC. From an alloy alumel produce a wire for thermocouples.
