Blocks represent microcontrollers which can adapt easily for performance of any task in real time. Without changing an electric circuit and a design of the device, having changed only the operating program, it is possible to receive a new control algorithm of technological process. We developed the whole scale of the operating programs for various types of torches and coppers. If any of programs does not meet requirements of the Customer, then for additional payment the individual operating program can be developed.
The blocks intended for management of processes of ignition and regulation of heating capacity of gas or liquid torches provide management of object in full accordance with standard requirements in the volumes necessary for the most effective and safe operation of the equipment. Automatic ignition, automatic control (on P or PI to the law) with maintenance of necessary ratios (including regulation of a ratio "gas-air" by situation or on pressure), control of parameters with an emergency shutdown in case of deviations of parameters the set limits are provided.
In blocks the special measures providing high noise immunity of functioning in the conditions of industrial radio noises are taken.
Blocks allow to carry out self-checking of serviceability (TEST mode), and also to change temporary, temperature settings, to make inverting of entrances, etc. (MONITOR mode).

Blocks can carry out the following service functions:

• noncommercial calculation of a consumption of gas, water (in the presence in system of counters of gas, water with measuring part at the same time counters can be discrete, analog 0-5 ma or 4-20 ma (linear), analog 0-5 ma or 4-20 ma (with an izvekatel of a root) - m3 and m3/h
• calculation of heating capacity - Gcal and Gcal/h
• specific consumption of gas - m3/Gcal
• calculation k.p.d. copper;
• maintaining magazine of accidents: storing of an emergency with record of date and time;
• maintenance of power of a copper depending on days of week and time of day;
• maintenance of T of water in system depending on T of external air (the regional network schedule).
