Akvadistillyator is intended for production of the distilled water from initial by its heating with further vapor condensation and receiving distillate with a temperature ranging from 70 °C to 85 °C. If it is necessary to receive the cooled distilled water, use of a cooler of distillate is possible.
Akvadistillyator consists of the camera of evaporation, the condenser and the electroblock. Akvadistillyator has wall execution. The equalizer intended for maintenance of the set water level in the evaporation camera that is provided with connection of the camera of evaporation and the equalizer as two communicating vessels is connected to the evaporation camera through a collector. At the same time excess water merges in the sewerage through a discharge tube. Near the equalizer there is a level sensor intended for shutdown of electric heaters at water level in the camera of evaporation is lower than admissible. In upper part of the camera of evaporation the separator intended for purification of the water vapor which is coming out the evaporation camera of the water drops which are contained in it is established. In the lower part of the camera of evaporation the crane of discharge of water from the evaporation camera upon termination of work of an akvadistillyator is located. In upper part of the camera of evaporation the union of collecting distillate is located. The condenser represents the design integrating in itself the steam camera, the camera of condensation and a water shirt. The water shirt has two unions: the union of supply of initial water and the union of discharge of initial water from a water shirt in the equalizer through a tube. The electric equipment of an akvadistillyator is placed in the electroblock installed on evaporation camera brackets. Alarm lamps "NETWORK", "HEATING" and the toggle-switch of inclusion/switching off of heating are brought to front part of the electroblock.
Principle of work of an akvadistillyator.
At inclusion of an akvadistillyator the crane of discharge of water from the camera of evaporation has to be closed. From the open gate of water supply initial water via the union of supply of initial water moves in a water shirt from which exit it moves in the equalizer and further comes to the evaporation camera, filling it to an operating level. Further in the course of work of an akvadistillyator water level in the camera of evaporation is maintained automatically at the expense of a water modulation in a discharge tube. After opening of the gate of water supply power supply voltage inclusion of an introduction appar moves
that (introduction the device is installed by the consumer on the line of supply of electricity to the control unit). The lamp "NETWORK" lights up. Further it is necessary to turn on the electroblock toggle-switch. On reaching water of an operating level in the camera of evaporation the alarm lamp "HEATING" will light up, tension on electric heaters will be given and heating of water in the evaporation camera will begin. When heating water in the camera of evaporation begins to boil, evaporating which comes to the steam camera at which exit, passing through a separator, it is exempted from water drops. Then steam comes to the condensation camera where it is condensed at contact with a surface of a water shirt. The condensed distillate with a temperature from 70 °C to 85 °C is removed from the condensation camera via the union of collecting distillate and moves to the consumer. In case of work of an akvadistillyator together with a cooler distillate via the union of collecting distillate moves on a cooler entrance where 40 °C are cooled up to the temperature of 30 °C … and moves to the consumer. At abatement of the water level in the camera of evaporation is lower admissible the sensor of level gives a signal in a chain of management of the electroblock therefore electric heaters are cut off power and the lamp "HEATING" dies away.
Description of work of an akvadistillyator on a basic electric circuit. Inclusion of an akvadistillyator in a network is made by means of the introduction device installed by the consumer, at the same time the alarm lamp "NETWORK" lights up. Start of the akvadistillyator filled with water in work is carried out by turning on of the SA1 toggle-switch, at the same time the alarm lamp of HL2 "HEATING" lights up and power supply voltage moves to electric heaters via the magnetic KM1 actuator.
The electric circuit of an akvadistillyator provides a possibility of collaboration of an akvadistillyator with collections of the purified S-30, S-60, S-100, S-180, S-240, S-300, S-500 water which can be connected to the akvadistillyator electroblock according to a circuit diagram (see figure 6). At the same time it is necessary to connect the collection level sensor instead of the crossing point established on sockets 3, 4 of a terminal block X2. During the work with the collection the electroblock switches-off electric heaters when filling the collection. If further it is required to disconnect the collection, it is necessary to recover the original version of the electroscheme.
