ADDITIVE 4239

Additive 4239 is pigment suspension or anti-settling agent. It is reaction product of Alky Hydrogen Sulfate, Poly-inorganic Acid, Fatty Ester Compound and Proprietary Active Anti-set Homopolymer. It is ideally suitable for organic coating compositions.

Application & Dose Level:

Solvent based Paints & Liquid Inks Solvent based Formulation with Powders required to be kept Suspended

Advantages:
	Prevent pigments or other finely divided solid particles from settling during storage.
	Prevent Sagging when the coating composition is applied to a vertical surface Easy to incorporate.

Dosage:

0.4 to 0.8% on Total System to be incorporated at Dispersion Stage or at Let-down Stage with high-speed agitation.
