95 kW household coppers

LLC Merkury Production Company carries out own production of COPPERS STEEL SOLID PROPELLANT HOUSEHOLD, working at the local (firm) types of fuel intended for heat supply of low residential buildings, buildings and rooms of the administrative, household and production appointments equipped with systems of water heating and hot water supply with natural or compulsory circulation of the heat carrier carries out their installation and project works including connected with installation of coppers.

Power of coppers - to 100 kW. Coppers are not under control to inspection of Gostekhnadzor of Republic of Belarus. The heated floor area from use of one copper to 1200 m?. Coppers steel, welded design, steel up to 6 mm thick. Middle service life up to 15 years. A warranty period - up to 2 years.

Quality of production made by LLC Merkury Production Company is confirmed with the Certificate of conformity of Gosstandart of Republic of Belarus.

Coppers are completed with the safety valve which is mounted in the top part of a copper, the thermometer and the manometer.
Also in addition coppers can be equipped with the temperature regulator (allowing to regulate heat carrier temperature in heating system in the range (30 °C - 90 °C). The design of a copper allows to establish high-performance flowing water heaters for supply of rooms with hot water (double-circuit coppers). For heating it is used firm types of fuel: firewood, wood waste, coal, peat briquettes, coke, etc.

Distinctive feature of the coppers made by us: their high efficiency, environmentally friendly products of combustion (harmful emissions are practically absent), use of the modern technologies allowing to use the principle of gas generation for the purpose of an economical expenditure of fuel, increase in efficiency and decrease in harmful emissions at the expense of a dogoraniye in an additional convective part of a copper of gases of CO and CH which are formed at primary burning of fuel. Duration of burning of one full laying of fuel - till 12 o'clock.

At the corresponding application coppers of KSTB can be completed:

• flowing water heater (for needs of hot water supply),
• the device of the mechanized supply of fuel (spill), the bunker for fuel storage (the volume of 1,5 cbm.) and the control unit of a torch of BUG-1, providing completely automatic fuel feeding of solid fuel.
