Добрый день. Очень нравятся пивные бокалы на ножке ёмкостью 500мл, но их качество оставляет желать лучшего. Несколько бокалов купили два года назад, стекло толстое, с ними ничего не происходит. В феврале этого года друзья подарили 6 штук, 3 из которых треснули при попытке снятия заводской наклейки под водой, один треснул во рту, при легком взаимодействии с эмалью зубов. Их использование просто небезопасно. Пересмотрите, пожалуйста, производственные характеристики. Большое спасибо
